1.2. Portable Version: This Software is "Green" portable software. You may copy it to different devices for your personal use, but you may not engage in large-scale distribution or resale.

2.1. Intended Use: The Software is a tool designed to help users download and manage files they are authorized to access on Telegram. You understand and agree that you may only use the Software to download content for which you have legal access and download rights.

2.2. Telegram Platform Rules: You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service while using the Software. Any account restrictions or legal liabilities resulting from your violation of Telegram platform rules (e.g., downloading pirated content, abusing APIs, etc.) are solely your responsibility. The Software is only a tool provider and is not responsible for the content you download or your actions.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions
